As Recruiter here at ACS, you will be jointly responsible for site wide recruitment and selection, dealing with high volumes in a fast paced environment. Acting as a recruitment champion for the business you will be the first point of contact for hiring managers. They will look to you for professional advice, support and guidance throughout the whole recruitment process from initial selection through to interview and job offers.
Your day will be a mix of CV sourcing, screening, telephone interviewing and arranging face-to-face assessments with managers. Candidate experience is important to us and you will be fundamental in creating a welcoming, relaxed but professional environment for those attending.
To be a great Recruiter you will have a good understanding of different sourcing methods with experience of handling specialist and senior management roles. You are also used to dealing with different cultures and languages as many of your roles would be for people speaking several languages. You will be highly organized with the ability to manage your time and prioritise when working to tight deadlines. As a natural, persuasive and engaging communicator you will be able to deal with colleagues at all levels of an organization. You must be a fluent English language speaker.
