Assisting the departments in defining position requirements and potential sources of applicants
Establishing job descriptions and posting job ads
Screening applications, selecting candidates or identifying potential candidates in accordance with job description
Conducting interviews, providing positive/negative feedback, maintaining communication lines where necessary
Participating in recruiting events and sourcing activities
Utilizing recruiting database(s) and tools
Reviewing recruiting files for completeness
Conducting and distributing reports on a regular basis and special reports on request, identifying issues and recommending actions
Providing external marketplace information to HR Manager
University Degree (Master would be a plus) in Psychology;
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in recruitment (preferable IT company or recruitment agency);
Good understanding of the local market and its resources;
Excellent knowledge of recruiting/sourcing processes and procedures, requested recruiting profiles, external marketplace/trends, recruiting tools;
Experience with high volume recruitment projects is a plus;
Solid interviewing skills;
Proficiency in English; other European language (French/Italian/Spanish/German) would be an advantage;
Proven ability to work independently as well as a team member;
Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment;
Very good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills, proactive attitude;
Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills;
Knowledge of email systems; Windows Software; Internet Explorer; Labor law; HR software systems (a plus)
