About the Job:

Responsibilities and Activities
• Designs, develops and executes tests including common and uncommon use cases with minimal senior QA guidance
• Writes QA Functional Test Plans for a product area describing the test strategy, scope, features to test and testing data with review from senior QA.
• Learn to identify and analyze product bugs quickly and efficiently
• Report bugs and verify fixes, using specific tools.
• Report progress and achievements to team lead and management
• Provides support to new QA hires on QA tools and processes
• Conducts peer reviews of test plans and test code suggesting functional test cases to add or improve
• Handles support escalations
• Works with beta testers
Skills and Experience Required
• 1-2 years as a Software Tester or QA Engineer
• University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, FEAA Business Information or related field
• Very meticulous and attentive to details, strong analytical skills and a desire to make development products better
• Strong communication skills in Romanian and English are a must
• Our colleague should have good teamwork skills and problem solving skills
• Good knowledge of windows operating systems and associated APIs
• Experience client-server application is a plus
• Experience in performance and/or scalability testing is desirable.
• Experience in projects build on Delphi is a plus
