We are looking for a highly motivated, adaptable and creative QA Engineer that will passionately contribute to the improvement of our product and our client projects.

Responsibilities

Integrated with the QA & Support team, you will be handling the following missions:
* Conducting hands-on testing of our products, especially in a Windows environment
* Identifying bugs and issues and report them in the bug-tracking tool that we use (JIRA)
* Working with our Support & QA manager to classify those issues and assess their severity
* Working with our project managers on reproducing bugs reported by our customers
* Working with our developers to test new and existing features when they get rolled out
* Trying your hardest to make sure that our software works flawlessly

Technical requirements

* Experience in manual testing; Automated testing is a plus
* Knowledge or ability to learn how to use JIRA (or a similar bug-tracking tool)
* Good knowledge about Open Source technologies and products
* Working knowledge of Windows and IE8 / IE9/ Firefox / Chrome
* Ability to write short and detailed descriptions of how our features work

Other expected skills

* Excellent oral and written English skills; French is not mandatory, but is considered a plus
* Self-motivation: delivering without close supervision
* Autonomy: working effectively from a short set of directives
