For our Engineering Location Iasi we search for dynamic and motivated people to join our Interior Controls department.

Project Quality Manager (PQM) is involved in the project planning from the beginning of a project, to ensure that all quality requirements within a development project are fulfilled.
The main tasks for PQM are:
Active support of Project Manager in all quality related and safety relevant aspects during the development and launch process ( internal, supplier and customer);
Development and maintenance of the Quality Assurance Plan;
Controlling of project specific quality actions according to Quality Assurance Plan, and the identification and tracking of quality related findings;
Pursuing (i.e. tracking, requesting, supporting, provision of methodologies), that the required methods in a project are implemented according to project plan / Quality Plan (this includes e.g., status meetings, APQP, knowledge management).
Provision of all quality related costs for the calculation and budgetary purposes
A mentor will support you to stepwise take over own responsibility after an initial training phase which will familiarize you with our products, tools, processes and organization.
Technical University degree or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 1 years of experience in technical field.
ISO9001, ISO/TS16949 experience will be a bonus.
Knowledge in electronics and PCB production would be a plus
Experience with corrective action response, root cause analysis, problem solving, etc.
Computer skills; MS Office, Microsoft Project.
Good communication skills including written and verbal. (Romanian and English).
Good organization skills.
Entry level candidate with potential development will be also considered.
