For our Engineering Location Iasi we search for dynamic and motivated people to join our Safety & Chassis Electronics department.
The specialists in our Interior Division work passionately to keep drivers and passengers informed of their vehicles’ status – and in touch with the world outside – at all times. They develop and produce a wide range of intelligent, user-friendly products for private and commercial vehicles (factory and after sales markets), including instruments and displays, cockpit modules, audio and navigation devices, multimedia and telematics solutions, and control, steering and access protection systems.
The Project Manager will:
Lead and manage the project team in order to develop, modify or implement a concept/solution meeting the customer's expectations, requirements and specifications
Plan, track and monitor the project and its milestones in order to ensure an in time start of production (SOP) / project closure or handover
Take measure to ensure highest quality of the product based on internal and customer requirements
Plan and control the project R&D budget to meet the project's financial target. Monitor the product cost in order to meet the project's financial target
Stay in constant contact to the customer to ensure an appropriate project coordination and information flow
Manage the project risks and changes in order to minimize risks and the impact of changes
Coordinate all activities (SW, HW, MD) within the project team by regular project meetings, status updates and information sharing.

Direct contact with the customer (internal and external)
A mentor will support you to stepwise take over own responsibility after an initial training phase which will familiarize you with our products, tools, processes and organization.
University degree in a relevant field (i.e. Automation and Computer science, Electronics, Electro technique, Mecatronics ...)
Experience working in a cross-functional team environment
Minimum two years experience in coordinating a project team
Experience in international and multi-cultural organisation
Good writing, reading and speaking English skills
