For our Engineering Location Iasi we search for dynamic and motivated people to join our Safety & Chassis Electronics department. You will develop the brake of the future, the Electronic Wedge Brake which is one of our most innovative projects.

From super-compact to luxury limousine and top-of-the-line sports car, we have been a proven partner for intelligent airbag electronics, highly accurate crash sensors, and innovative occupant sensing systems for over 15 years.
The product range includes: Suspension, Steering and Electronic Wedge Break Systems
Lead and manage the project team in order to develop, modify or implement a concept/solution meeting the customer's expectations, requirements and specifications
Plan, track and monitor the project and its milestones in order to ensure an in time start of production (SOP) / project closure or handover
Take measure to ensure highest quality of the product based on internal and customer requirements
Plan and control the project R&D budget to meet the project's financial target. Monitors the product cost in order to meet the project's financial target
Stay in constant contact to the customer to ensure an appropriate project coordination and information flow
Manage the project risks and changes in order to minimize risks and the impact of changes
Coordinate all activities (SW, HW, MD) within the project team by regular project meetings, status updates and information sharing.

A mentor will support you to stepwise take over own responsibility after an initial training phase which will familiarize you with our products, tools, processes and organization.
University degree in a relevant field (i.e. Automation and Computer science, Electronics, Electro technique, Mecatronics ...)
Experience working in a cross-functional team environment
Minimum two years experience in coordinating a project team
Experience in international and multi-cultural organisation
Good writing, reading and speaking English skills
