Mission
Manage product development projects and introduces them into serial production according to the companies established development and project management methods within the planned budget. Leads and coordinates the project team in order to meet the project and customer's timing and quality targets. Creates technical concepts, timings and R&D estimation in order to support the project acquisition.

Cross-Functional Project Team in multiple locations, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Suppliers.
Direct contact with the customer (internal and external)
A mentor will support you to stepwise take over own responsibility after an initial training phase which will familiarize you with our products, tools, processes and organization.
Leads and manages the project team in order to develop, modify or implement a concept/solution meeting the customer's expectations, requirements and specifications
Plans, tracks and monitors the project and its milestones in order to ensure an in time start of production (SOP) / project closure or handover
Takes measure to ensure highest quality of the product based on internal and customer requirements
Plans and controls the project R&D budget to meet the project's financial target. Monitors the product cost in order to meet the project's financial target
Stays in constant contact to the customer to ensure an appropriate project coordination and information flow
Manage the project risks and changes in order to minimize risks and the impact of changes
Coordinate all activities (SW, HW, MD) within the project team by regular project meetings, status updates and information sharing.
