Our client is a multinational company active in the industrial project development field. For a new project in Darabani area - Botosani, we are looking for a Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
· Contact with authorities and consultants and business partners;
· Real estate (land purchase, cadaster, topo) questions;
· Detail Development planning activities coordination;
· Building permit related activities like notices, applications, day-to-day contact with authorities;
· Technical and legal questions handling together with the assigned consultants.
General required competencies and abilities:
· English: advanced level in speaking/writing;
· Computer literacy: Windows, email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.;
· Driving license: B;
· Ability to work independent and in team;
· Handle contacts with authorities and business partners;
· Good communication in writing and verbal;
· Good analysis and synthesis abilities;
· Problem solving and conflict handling.
Specific competencies and abilities:
· Technical background with commercial experience;
· Good planning and self organizing, self going;
· Ability to listen and diagnose the contexts and situations;
· Leadership and decision making abilities, respectful and careful;
· Modesty, tenacity, innovative and perseverant;
· Some years experience with project management in complex assignments like industrial or commercial developments;
· Understanding that time, quality and cost is essential and has to be respected;
· Ability to work with authorities at local level;
· Good technical understanding;
· Ability to organize and structure;
· Understanding of land survey technical and legal issues.
