Responsibilities
Integrated in our Client Projects team, you will be filling the following missions:
* Participation to the evaluation of the workload of the project
* Clarify requirements with clients and handle the specifications phase of the projects
* Maintaining a close interaction with the client development, support and QA teams
* Communication on the projects planning and warning in case of downward
* Respect deadlines and deliver good quality projects to our customers
* Animate XWiki Trainings for customers when needed
Required technical skills
* A good understanding of classical web technologies (HTML, CSS, Javascript and other scripting languages), without actually being a developer
* Experience with bug-tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla etc.)
* Familiar with project management principles and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban etc.) and good knowledge of the software development lifecycle
* Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, have optimal writing skills and abilities to report for work in a timely manner
* Very organized and proactive person and able to work under a minimum of supervision
* A good understanding of the Open Source universe and of the functioning of innovative tools are a plus
* Spoken and written English skills that allow a fluent communication with our international team
* French skills in order to deal with the French projects and clients
