Responsibilities and Activities
• White box testing. Investigate code and develop code like regular developers
• Develop tests as code samples targeting your focused product area
• Discover and isolate product flaws quickly and effectively
• Use programming and software test engineering tools for functional, performance and stability test development
• Report bugs and verify fixes
• Contribute to smoke, functional and regression tests
• Evaluate and report on latest product quality to team lead and management
• Contribute in building a world class automated test environment for testing the RAD Studio product line

Skills and Experience Required
• University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, FEAA Business Information or related field
• Attracted by programming and technology, strong analytic skills, desire in making development products better
• Can read and understand programming languages and frameworks, C++ is a must,
• Good OOP fundamentals understanding,
• Ability to analyze and write C++ code; Delphi or other is a plus
• Application development/projects experience in C++ (Delphi is a plus)
• Good communication skills
• Good teamwork skills
• Good problem solving skills
• Good knowledge of windows operating systems
