- Computer Science-related degree
- 3-5 years of experience in software development or consulting
- Significant experience with enterprise-scale web-based application development
- Experience with system integration development
- 4-years experience with J2EE development/consulting
- Experience with client-side JSP development and server-side Java development is a must
- BEA Weblogic. BEA WorkShop 8.1 (advantage)
- Good interpersonal skills to work as a team member
- Excellent English skills
