PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

RESPONSABILITATI

-Is responsible for the team in the UAP (Autonomous Unit of Production);
-Ensures manufacture necessary to the request of the customer by respecting the criteria: quality, costs, time;
-Is responsible for the involvement of the personnel in the processes;
-Proposes and takes part in the development of the plan of staff training;
-Sets up and develops the competences of the personnel in his team;
- Ensures the training and its follow-up of the operators on the means of production;
- Pilots and plans the work of maintenance completed by the technicians;
-Updates the indicators of production, gears down the objectives and helps reach them;
