Being in charge with Manufacturing System Implementation;
Working to balance flow through the entire production process (from raw material receipt to product shipment) to required customer takt time;
Involving the workforce in flow;
Organizing and conducting Productivity/ STD Work Workshops;
Involving supervisors and operators in identifying and implementing improvement opportunities;
Utilizing a formal mechanism to track productivity improvements;
Helping Plant identifying Business Problem, and provide tools for corrective actions;
Implementing Monitoring of Progresses, with adequate Metrics;
Providing Trainings in Lean to actors in the Plant.
For one of our clients, a multinational company with a big and new factory in Iasi area in automotive industry, we are looking for a Plant Lean Manager.
University degree;
Managerial experience;
In depth knowledge and intelligence of Lean Manufacturing;
English fluent;
Teamwork.
