For one of our clients, a multinational company activating in automotive industry - fine mechanics, we are looking for a Plant Launch Manager.
Develops launch activity plan.
Ramp plans.
Trial runs.
Schedules PV and Pilot component needs.
Coordinates all Run at Rates.
Develops and leads launch board reviews and gap closure activities.
Supports integration of new launches into plant operational system (OS).
Ensures spare parts are available at launch.
Maintain performance tracker – FTQ, OE and Headcount.
Leads launch team in Gap Closure Priorities.
Conduct “virtual” shipments to exercise SAP system.
Ensure use of line side reviews by cross functional team.
Escalates to Site Manager and Divisional Launch Manager for high risk manufacturing issues.
University degree in fine mechanics or machines construction;
Minimum 3 years of Manufacturing (Automotive preferred) Industry experience.
Good English knowledge.
