Job context and your role inside the team:
Pentalog is expanding its development team and is looking for 3 PHP Software Engineers. Your mission includes active involvement in developing and maintaining web-applications using MAGENTO.
Our customer is the French market leader in eye-wear selling and a well-known worldwide eyeglasses and sunglasses distributor. The site’s features offer customers the possibility to buy glasses and test them either at home or online, with the help of a web-cam or by photo match. They can also consult an optician.
As a PHP Software Engineer in this project, you will be part of all development phases: from gathering and documenting user requirements, to data analyzing, technical specifications writing , code programming and quality assurance testing.
- Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science or equivalent;
- Confirmed experience in working on PHP based online applications.
- PHP, Magento, JavaScript, CSS, Jquery knowledge;
- Strong understanding of Object Oriented Programming (OOP);
- Working experience with MySQL;
- English: advanced level;
- French: is a plus.
