Mandatory:
PHP / MySQL - intermediate-advanced (1-2 years)
HTML / CSS / JavaScript - intermediate-advanced
Cross browser testing IE6+, FF, Opera, Safari
Big Plus:
- MVC programming experience
- Symfony, codeigniter (other frameworks)
- Wordpress / BBpress and plugins integration
- SVN / Eclipse - PDT
- Jquery / ajax
- Sql optimization
- Unit / functional tests
