POSITION PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF WORK:
Manage the team of 7-10 people providing IT support;
Providing leadership and operational management of the SAP team within Information Technology;
Working as a key member to the SAP Core Team - some international travel;
Ensure corporate objective and functionality provided by SAP's suite of products is met;
Responsible for ongoing support, SLA's, and enhancement of applications utilized by Finance department, Purchasing and Sales and Distribution department;
Act as a key liaison between Corporate IT and multiple groups in the Finance, Purchasing and SD;
Responsible for managing the process for submittal and assessment of all maintenance, change requests and reported problems;
Responsible for allocating and managing internal and consulting resources on new system.
Personal Qualities:
5-7 years of Experience in managing team size of 7-10 People in IT/Consulting Industries;
Good Communication and follow up skills required;
Should be able to manage Uncertainty, rapid change, ambiguity and less defined environment;
Experience supporting customer off site/Remotely;
Excellent English language skills;
Prior SAP experience is required, preferably in Finance.
