For one of our client, one of the world's largest providers of Consulting, Outsourcing and Technology Services we are looking for an Operations Manager in Iasi.
Responsible for ensuring that appropriately skilled and trained resources are available and that they are working in accordance with agreed internal and customer procedures;
The overall objective of the Operations Manager is to manage the project effectively in such a way that the services supplied to the clients satisfy the requirements of the Service Delivery Account Team and meet contractual commitments, whilst developing the capability of the centre as a whole.
Possess people management skills and process management knowledge;
Be open minded and open for innovations;
Be self-sufficient, self-motivated, flexible;
Have a financial background;
Perfect English (both written & spoken);
Working experience in international companies.
