Role Purpose and Scope
The Site Coordinator works with Site leader, support teams and business teams to facilitate the administrative support required to support the stie. Responsible for coordination of the key support activities including: receptionist, travel desk, and office support.

- Transportation Management; schedule shuttles for employees and visitors, schedule taxis from the airport or hotel to the office
- MFD Management; supply ordering and replacement, calling for services
- Conference room/training room coordination; schedule the conference rooms or break out rooms for visitors
- Receptionist
- Manages general administrative office activities to include mail, messenger, travel desk, stationary supplies and other office activities as directed
- Mail delivery; accept, sort and deliver mail to site employees
- Travel booking; book hotels, restaurants, airfare, ground transportation for visitors or employees
- Responsible for providing support for global purchasing; gathering quotes, creating purchase orders, creating procurement requests, order tracking
- Provide access to visitors; badges and temporary security access
- Coordinate and support special needs from visitors: water, coffee, snacks
- Responsible for ordering coffee supplies


CERINTE

- Good level of English
- Administrative/Purchasing/Logistics
- Proficient with MS Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent organizational, mathematical, communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to cope with pressure and to work well with others in a cross-functional team environment
- Must display ethical behavior, initiative, diplomacy, a high level of accuracy in performing daily duties, attention to details, analytical thinking, persuasive, task oriented, be flexible and able to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
