Skills/Qualifications:
- Degree in computer engineering
- Microsoft Windows Server 2003
- Microsoft Windows XP Professional
- Microsoft Office applications
- Wireless 802.11 networking and related equipment
- Understanding of physical network equipment including cabling, patch panels, switches, and NICs
- Understand common network services such as DNS, DHCP, WINS, and TCP/IP
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Linux/UNIX systems including both the command line and GUI
- Good knowledge of Voip infrastructure and protocols
- Supporting and managing a Microsoft Windows 2003 domain and network
- Good knowledge of routing and Firewalls infrastructure
- Expert in Fedora and Redhat
- Excellent VPN knowledge
- Good English communications, Italian is a plus

- Programming PHP/c/c++
- Knowledge of allied Telesyn switch and router configuration
- Knowledge of asterisk based voip infrastructure
