RESPONSABILITATI

We are looking for a very good software developer/architect/project leader, with 5+ years in .NET technologies, strong general IT culture and software development knowledge (development skills, but also many peripheral aspects, e.g. Configuration Management, Test, very good knowledge of TFS and other Microsoft technologies for software development).

The new hire should be an experienced team leader, with 3+ years of coaching teams with 5 people or more. He/she should be able to invest time in coaching the team for technical guidance and advice and therefore be a very good communicator, autonomous, problem-solver, creative, outward-facing, motivated and dedicated under any circumstances. Should be able to negotiate with customers, deliver very good presentations and demos, and stick to commitments.

The experience in different software methodologies, in particular Agile (3 years min) and others is a must. Curious, interested in continuous improvements, business analysis and wants to make every project a success.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Leads a development team consisting of 5-10 Software developers, 1-2 testers, mostly junior, possibly supported by a Project Manager.

• Takes care of performance reporting of SLAs, KPIs, and other activity reporting.

• Recruits new team members and handles the staff planning.

• Manages the employee’s performance review and disciplinary measures.

• Is involved in new hire trainings and coaching of team members.

• Organisation of Team and Client meetings.

• Liaises with internal departments, e.g. IT, HR and Facilities

• Understand architectures, deployments, network topologies.

• Document as appropriate.

• All other duties as assigned.


CERINTE

• Master’s Degree in Computer Science minimum.

• Experience in leading a team.

• Very good English skills.

• Good written and oral communication skills, ability to communicate clearly and precisely.

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize work and manage time based on business needs.

• Excellent administration skills and good organization skills with attention to detail.

• Advanced problem solving and resolution skills to include when to escalate and identify trends.
