Market research and collection of information from different sources and enter the labor market using the right channels to find the perfect candidates for our vacancies and to decide if it is feasible to start a new project (on a new or existing location)
Answer inquiries through various forms of communication (e.g. phone and email)
Performs market research to understand and effectively communicate the market dynamics and customer needs by country, including sizing/segmentation, customer requirements, and competitive landscape
Gathering relevant data for required management information


CERINTE

Well-developed analytical and organizational skills
Good level of English(written and verbal)
Attention to detail, strong sense of accuracy and responsibility
Ability to prioritize and manage the work load based on business needs
A medium knowledge on marketing channels
Advanced knowledge and use of the Office Pack
Strong organizational skills (planning, control and time management)
Above all, the jobholder must have a ‘can do’ attitude, be enthusiastic, self motivated and don`t give up easily
Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
Ability to work remotely and virtually with others
High energy levels – ability to drive change rather than just follow standard operations.
