RESPONSABILITATI

- Running matching tools to identify potential duplicates

- Running completeness reports to measure key fields which are deemed critical

- Testing for completeness and highlighting findings to appropriate organizations

- Quality check lists to be imported to ensure they meet quality standards

- Importing specific lists on an as needed basis to add prospects to a database

- Importing lists to enhance completeness or accuracy of existing customer data

- Suppression analysis

- Customer segmentation (tiering)

- Archiving data which falls into specific categories

- Run accuracy reports, analyze results and contact relevant individual/organization as required

- Implementation of data quality initiatives

- Understanding of data privacy laws for specific countries

- From time to time may be asked to perform Targeter function

- Measure activities in database and report results (number of nixies by country or marketing program as an example)

- Proactively suggest process improvements which could positively impact data quality

- Be an expert in the data in the database relating to the country within your responsibility


CERINTE

- In country experience (local customs, address formatting, etc.) specific to the country whose data you are working on (which may not be the same as the office location)

- Experience of working with customer data, in particular relating to names and addresses

- Previous experience of working with databases

- Logical and analytical mind

- First class organisational skills

- Ability to interpret reports and results generated from computer programs

- Local language skills to include one or more of the following:
German -- English
Spanish -- English
French -- English
Italian -- English
English

- Ability to multi-task
- Willingness to get involved in the details
- Can-do attitude
- Good team player
- Self motivated, able to work on own initiative
