- Sustain the Company strategic objectives by leading the International Collections team, located in Iasi, activating on the USA market.
- Assure the team is operating professionally, ethically and in the best interest of the Company, clients and employees.
- Set up together with top management team (located in USA and Romania) the appropriate collection strategy agreed for new clients and/or update strategies for existing clients.
- Lead the development and implementation of department related policies, programs and systems.
- Manage the International Collections team being responsible for people management related processes: recruitment and selection, performance management, team development etc.
- University graduate with at least 2 years of working experience in a multinational environment, with 1 year of people management experience in collection/call center field.
- Positive and client oriented attitude.
- Proven leadership, time management, drive for results and problem solving capabilities.
- Self-starter person and able to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (both English and Romanian).
- Excellent knowledge of English language; American English knowledge would be a plus.
- Understanding of USA collection market would be a plus.
- Availability to work night shifts.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
