1. Maintain and continuously develop accurate and timely reporting systems which meaningfully analyze and interpret the financial performance of the site, for local and corporate management.
2. Control and direct plant accounting system, which gives operating management complete and adequate, cost data in respect of all products manufactured at the plant.
3. Review the commercial and financial aspects of incoming orders to ensure the compliance with the site pricing policy, or to confirm that any deviations are properly authorized.
4. Prepare and establish the annual profit growth plan.
5. Ensure all payments are accurately processed using procedures that reflect good financial practice.
6. Ensure all receipts are received with due account of our terms of credit.
7. Ensure compliance with the requirements of both corporate and statutory reporting regulations.
8. Administer the Company’s assets and liabilities in accordance with the established financial controls and accounting policies of the Company.
9. Perform responsibilities applicable to all managerial positions (e.g. hire, evaluate, discipline, communicate, motivate, train and develop) within approved guidelines for the optimum utilization of the Company’s human resources.
10. Work in conjunction with the HR Manager to ensure that sound HR practices are in place including a structured training and development strategy to maximize performance and provide for flexibility and succession planning.
- You are a fully qualified accountant whit 5 years post qualification experience.
- You have a manufacturing
background, preferably with automotive industry experience.
- Speak English fluently and have very good
PC knowledge, preferably with CODA, BPICs and Hyperion.
- You have a flexible attitude and are able to work under pressure and focus on key issues.
- Have strong interpersonal skills coupled with the tenacity, drive and determination
to succeed in a multinational Group environment.
