- As a Logistic Planning Manager, you will be responsible for managining the total supply chain.
- You will have overall accountability for finished product, capacity planning, distribution center and warehouse inventory, and broker relations.
- You will work closely with sales to link forecasts to purchasing and inventory management, identifyareas for cost reductions and implement strategies for cost reduction and containment.
- Degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management or Business Management;
- MBA is a plus;
- 3+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management in a manufacturing environment;
- 3+ years inventory management and planning experience;
- SAP experience is preferred;
- Experience with importing products would be helpful;
- Candidate must have demonstrated a high degree of planning, organizational, analytical, and financial skills and be able to partner and communicate with all levels of an organization.
