RESPONSABILITATI

- offer support to our customers by email, phone or forum
ie:
* login remotely to clients units through web or ssh to debug reported issues
* take advantage of usual unix tools in order to find and fix customers issues
* good knowledge of a wide range of Z-Wave devices in order to offer proper support for them. You can find a list of our supported Z-Wave devices here : http://wiki.micasaverde.com/index.php/Supported_Hardware
- Write FAQ's or tutorials for our customers
- Keep track of each customer issue and work with the developers in order to fix it
- Cooperate with international customers, development team and community;


CERINTE

- University degree in a relevant field (i.e. Automation and Computer science, Electronics and telecommunication, Informatics)
- Good English knowledge (written and spoken)
- VERY GOOD English speaking and writting
- QUICK LEARNER, PATIENT, ORGANIZED, SOCIABLE
- BASIC knowledge of Linux OS usage from command line
ie:
* os and folders structure
* navigate trough folder and file
* search/view/edit files
* get/put files through http/ssh/ftp from cli
- BASIC knowledge of networking
ie:
* ip classes, subnetting, routing
* manual ip/routing configuration
* firewall / port forwarding
* wireless configuration
- Basic understanding of shell scripting
- Capability of searching solutions for new/unknown issues that may arise
- Knowledge of home automation networks (Z-Wave, Insteon, ZigBee) is a plus
