Work closely with Top Management to implement Learning & Development strategy for the business
Provide high quality Learning & Development services to the business according to SLA and business priorities
Create and review learning maps of mandatory and recommended training for different roles / grades (Training Curricula)
Create and manage development programs / internal academies to support business objectives
Monitor mandatory training completion on regular basis and follow up any discrepancies
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and provide value adding services to the business
Manage Learning & Development budget
Cooperate with global teams to implement global L&D strategy
Support and advise top management in learning & development areas
At least 3 years of relevant experience in an international company;
Comprehensive knowledge of L&D policies and processes, not necessarily acquired within HR department;
Knowledge of business in the area of SSC/BPO/ITO;
Excellent networking and relationship-building skills;
Proven ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously, balance project work with high-priority requests;
Flexibility, openness to change and new challenges;
Business maturity and organizational awareness;
Very good organization of work and ability to quickly adapt priorities to changing business requirements;
Understanding of managing different Business Units;
Fluent English communication skills (oral & written);
Strong in MS Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
