The role: Learning & Development Associate with French / Spanish / German

Duties and responsibilities

As a team member of the local team, working for the HR Service Center for HR queries, you will provide administrative support to an outsourced Personnel Administration service, performing one or more of the following duties:

• Cancelling or moving employees training courses
• Booking training rooms
• Booking Hotel accommodation or informing sites of any dietary requirements
• Organizing course materials
• Checking to see if an employee is suitable for the course that they want to attend
• Speaking on the phone with the employees, course owners, HR managers and sites
• Emailing confirmations to employees, managers and course owners
• Data base management / Training entry (end to end process: creation to evaluation)
• Giving feedback to course owners after they have finished the course
• Payments & Invoicing
• Reporting


CERINTE

• Experience with administrative tasks
• Bachelor or Degree, preferable in HR area or related area
• Experience in Customer Service or HR Services
• Good communication skills, both written and oral
• Very good level of French / Spanish / German

• Flexible and proactive attitude
• Good team working skills and able to work autonomously on assigned tasks
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize work and manage time based on business needs
• Excellent administration skills and good organization skills with attention to detail.
• Advanced problem solving and resolution skills to include when to escalate and identify trends.
• Comfortable in direct client contact
• PC Skills: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook are a must
