Coordinate the implementation, support and continual improvement of Lean Systems in Iasi. The lean coordinator will report to the Operations Manager and will support Manufacturing, Production Control and Engineering with the deployment and use of lean analytical tools.
- University Degree
- At least two years lean experience in the automotive industry
- Experience in developing Standard work
- Experience in leading workshops to improve work place organization using 5S
- Experience in Value Stream or Flow or Connection Mapping of Manufacturing Systems
- Experience in recognizing pull versus push and developing pull systems
- Experience in establishing and sizing supermarkets and kanban systems
- Experience in analyzing and establishing in plant delivery routes
- Experience in analyzing and improving machine and operator work balance
- Experience in running changeover improvement workshops
- Experience in inventory analysis and improvement
- Experience in developing the appropriate Production Scheduling Systems and Locations
- English-advanced level.
