To lead the future team of developers in Romania we have a position of Lead Software Architect with excellent knowledge of both C# .NET and Delphi. The Lead Software Architect will be the main technical contact between the developers in the Netherlands and the development team in Romania.
As a contributing team leader you will be involved in both the actual development and setting up the technical designs. You will have an important say in the initial buildup of the development team. In this way you will be responsible for the main technical decisions, the architecture and the overall technical quality of the software developed by your team. You are also responsible for the configuration management and the delivery of the software packages to the team in the Netherlands.
Our new Lead Software Architect will need to have the following skills:
- Previous experience as a Software Architect on technical level
- Good operational knowledge of C# .NET
- Previous experience with software development in Delphi
- Previous experience with planning and coordination
- Excellent communication skills in English: speaking, writing and reading
- Have a University degree in ICT
- Experience with Microsoft Foundation Server
- Experience with configuration/release management.
