The Service Delivery Analyst role is varied and includes
- SLA/KPI analysis;
- Service Improvement Initiatives;
- Change Control; Reward Programs;
- Management Information;
- Supporting Project implementation and Operational Go-Live;
- Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans;
- Supporting internal / external audits.

- Analyze, plan and implement process improvement (such as Six Sigma initiative) needs;
- Produce new process improvement techniques and services;
- Develop metrics that provide data for process management and indicators for future improvement opportunities;
- Measure performance against process requirements, aligning improvement projects to close performance shortfalls.
