RESPONSABILITATI

We have an immediate need for a Windows Administrator willing to learn and to work in a team, with good knowledge of Microsoft environment, network equipment, and hardware phone setup.


Responsibilities:

• Install, configure and maintain new hardware and software

• Backup and restore data

• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems.

• Troubleshoots via the phone hardware, software, and network operating problems and involves technical re-sources to
• ensure resolution

• Applies understanding and knowledge of information systems products and services to assist users

• Identifies, investigates and researches user questions and problems as well as isolating and resolving infor-mation systems problems

• Coordinates referrals to appropriate technical, professional, or service personnel

• Receives and prioritizes issues and forwards using appropriate escalation procedures

• Configuration of Polycom phones and BlackBerry phones

• Deploying images on devices (PC’s, laptops)

• Encryption software configuration


CERINTE

• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office

• Good Windows 7 administration skills (user accounting, file systems, security, HDD’s , device drivers, etc)

• Server Administration basic knowledge (Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP etc.)

• Excellent German

• Excellent troubleshooting skills

• Willing to learn, watchful to details

• Calm, stable person


Nice to have:

• Degree in computer engineering

• English language knowledge
