Participate in Product support activities.
Must be able to grasp business issues and technical problems and develop logical solutions to solve complex problems.
Participate in support of enterprise class applications utilizing Java/J2EE, XML and Database related technologies.
Participate in Product releases through requirement reviews, testing, bug-fixing and deployments.
Responsible for high customer satisfaction as well as improving support strategies and participate in team improvements.
Effectively communicate status, metrics and issues to management on a regular basis.
Strong experience in support and debugging J2EE applications.
Familiarity with any J2EE application/web servers (Apache/JBoss/Tomcat/WebLogic).
Understanding of the deployment architecture.
Ability to work in a high-paced dynamic environment and meet strict deadlines.
