You will participate in logical and physical design of the product and understand the business requirements.
You will solve complex technical problems that other team members may encounter, be an integral part of a Scrum team, review and enforce the quality of code written within your team, tutor junior developers.
Understands and uses appropriate methods tools and applications.
Able to work in a team.
Able to plan, schedule and monitor own work within short time horizons.
Hands-on experience of Java, Web development and SQL;
Experience with some of the following technologies: JSP, Spring, Spring MVC, JavaScript, CSS;
Decent spoken and written English;
Motivated and dependable, has initiative, team player, good communicator and problem solver.
