This project is for one of the biggest customers in trading business.
Your main responsibilities will be to develop software systems. This is a hands-on development role which involves working closely with existing team members in order to implement changes to the existing trade capture platforms for fixed income, foreign exchange and derivative products.
You will be expected to be able to develop robust software to a given specification and within the generally accepted standards and practices of the existing development team.
Occasionally you can be involved in geographically distributed projects and you will have to work for short periods of time in other Endava Delivery Centers (i.e. in London-UK).
• Great experience in Java core development;
• Good experience in development and design in at least one major RDBMS (e.g. Sybase, SQL Server);
• Experience in trade-capture and middle office systems;
• Architectural experience in distributed systems and java messaging technologies;
• Good working knowledge of any of the following business areas: fixed income, foreign exchange, derivatives;
• Good working knowledge of Java SWING.
• Motivated and dependable, has initiative, understands responsibility, team player, good communicator and problem solver;
• Advanced written and spoken English communication skills;
• IT Degree
