Backend or Frontend -JUNIOR/MIDDLE AND SENIOR JAVA SOFTWARE DEVELOPER
For all candidats IT or equivalent degrees and English proficiency are mandatory.

Analytic and logic approach, problem solving orientation, structured thinking and dynamism
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
BACKEND
JUNIOR Level
Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
2 years hands-on development experience in Java/J2EE technologies (university projects also considered)
Familiarity with Relational DB and SQL
Web application development experience(with an MVC framework) – JSF, Struts or similar
Webservices in Java (axis or jax-ws, etc); ORM Persistence framework (Hibernate, JPA)
Good English skills
SENIOR Level- DEVELOPER/TECHNICAL ANALYST
5 years experience using Java/J2EE technologies
Experience in Object-Oriented software design and development; relational DB and SQL; web application development (with an MVC framework) – JSF, Struts or similar
Familiarity due to experience with webservices in Java (axis or jax-ws, etc); application server (e.g. JBoss AS, Apache Tomcat)
Good knowledge due to experience on ORM Persistence framework (Hibernate, JPA)
Familiarity with modern JavaScript libraries; Dependency Injection frameworks such as Spring, Google Guice
FRONTEND
JUNIOR Level
2 years experience in customer-facing/intranet JAVA web projects
Hands-on working with CSS3, LESS, HTML5, AJAX
Knowledge of JavaScript, the DOM and popular frameworks (jQuery, Google Closure etc)
Proficiency with testing and resolving cross browser/platform issues
Knowledge of backend technologies (JSP, JSF, Java Servlet)
SENIOR Level
More than 5 years Development experience in customer-facing JAVA web projects
Experience in Object-Oriented software design and development
Proficiency in writing standards-compliant, efficient HTML, CSS and JavaScript
Experienced on CSS3, LESS, HTML5, AJAX, Responsive Design and other next generation technologies
Excellent on JavaScript, the DOM and popular frameworks (jQuery, Google Closure etc)
Experienced testing and resolving cross browser/platform issues
Able to use and to implement them
Backend technologies understanding (JSP, JSF, Java Servlet)
Familiarity with webservices in Java (axis or jax-ws, etc)
