RESPONSABILITATI

- Respond and resolve incidents logged via the Energy IT Support Portal
- Analyze the right solutions to specific tech issues
- Administrate the SharePoint platform
- Liaise with Accenture Local Tech Support for effective user incident management
- Effective utilization and management of third party software solutions
- Provision and management of energy services loan equipment and IT consumables
- Support for events such as new joiner inductions, team/project meetings
- Act as a team player across the energy support team both locally and globally


CERINTE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field
• Minimum 1,5 years relevant experience in IT infrastructure Service delivery or IT Service Desk environment
• Experience of working in a large corporate environment
• Knowledge of Windows 7, Windows 8 and Microsoft Office (including Outlook) Internet Explorer and knowledge of other Microsoft applications and products
• Experience of laptop, desktop and printer hardware fundamentals
• Knowledge of Windows Server based operating systems
• Basic knowledge of networking and connectivity troubleshooting
• Client management skills
• Organized, diplomatic and analytical person
• Good communication skills, team player and open mind
