Contact with clients via phone and email in order to provide troubleshooting (software/hardware issues) and resolving clients technical issues.
Performing all possible action to resolve the problem during the call.
Gathering details, classification of incident, resolving incident using knowledge base, assigning tickets to resolving teams.
Excellent French language skills both verbal and written.
Good English skills.
Basic knowledge of software installation, hardware and networking issues.
1 year experience in Technical Service Center or Customer Service environment will be considered an advantage.
Team player with ability to work under pressure.
