Troubleshoot network connectivity, software and hardware functionality problems
Provide desktop support for Microsoft Windows 2000, 2003, XP PCs and users including new user , software installs and updates, printers, storage devices, and other peripherals.
Configure user computers including MS Outlook and Office tools
Provide support for technical issues on hardware from many different vendors.
Assist in office moves, adds or changes including recommending new and improved network strategies.
Write and distribute IT policy, reference and help documents and other training material for supported software and tools
Direct calls to appropriate staff members
Research and suggest new technology solutions.
