Deal with collection activities for U.S.A. clients, during the night and evening shifts.
Interact, via email and telephone, with the debtors in collection process.
Contact the debtors in order to get a payment agreement.
Negotiate payment terms with the debtors.
Follow-up on the collection process.
Fluency in English (spoken and written).
Availability to work night shifts (the job assumes regular night shifts).
Previous collection experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Strong telephone skills and basic PC knowledge.
Organized and goal oriented person.
University degree required or students in senior years.
Internal training.
