- As a Human Resources Manager, you will recommend and develop personnel policies, procedures, programs and services for employees; coordinate and oversees selection and hiring, including preparing and placing advertisings, maintaining list of current openings, testing and screening applicants, securing references and conducting interviews as need.
- You will oversee the orientation process for all new employees, counsel staff and administrators regarding personnel matters, including promotions, insurance, retirement and other benefits, in a confidential, objective and professional manner, keep the Executive Director informed of potential problems and concerns.
- Degree in Human Resources or related field;
- 3+ years of related experience and completion of a professional human resource certificate program;
- Proven experience in Labor relations and Negotiations;
- Candidate must have demonstrated a high degree of planning, organizational, analytical and financial skills and be able to partner and communicate with all levels of an organization.
