RESPONSABILITATI

Our future colleague will be responsible of maintaining internal database files and tables and developing custom reports to meet the requirements of Human Resource management and staff.



Responsibilities:

Processing of manual transactions on employee records in the HR system. Examples: salary increase, promotion, shifts changes, grade changes etc.
Maintains databases and employee records handling highly confidential material and provides information to HR staff on matters pertaining to personnel forms and records.
Gathers information, researches/resolves inquiries and responds to e-mail queries related to transactions and payroll.
Communicates appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner.
Processing of mass transactions following the standard automated process.
Perform peer checking activities.
Ensure payroll data is provided accurately and in a timely manner.
All other duties as assigned.


CERINTE

Native or Fluent level of English written and verbal is a must.
Career level: 1+ years of job related experience (Data entry, Transaction processing)
Must demonstrate excellent analytical skills
Must demonstrate strong interpersonal, speaking, and writing skills.
Must be proficient in using Windows Operating System as well as Microsoft Office applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Experience with PeopleSoft, SAP is an advantage.
Ability to work towards deadlines.
Positive attitude and solution oriented thinking.
Flexible and eager to learn.
