RESPONSABILITATI

Our HR Data Management team is providing transactional support in English to the UK HR community.

As the supervisor of the HR Data Management team you are responsible for the daily running and management of the team. You will be leading a team of up to 10 staff members. You are responsible for, and possibly setting, customer service targets as well as planning areas of improvement or development. The HR Data Management Supervisor ensures that all transactions are processed by staff within agreed time scales and in an appropriate manner.

The HR Service Centre Supervisor will liaise with the client who they provide support to, as well as third parties tied to the client. They coordinate and motivate the data management team and manage staff recruitment.

You will be working under responsibility of the HRSC SBU Manager.

Specific Responsibilities

Setting and meeting performance targets for speed, efficiency and quality; you will be responsible for all areas of activity relating to HR transaction processing managed by your team;
Managing the daily running of the data management team;
Liaising with supervisors, team leaders, operatives and third parties to gather information and resolve issues;
Reviewing and re-engineering client processes and procedures to ensure consistency
Ensuring all processes are clearly documented and process improvements are driven through to completion
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and involvement in networks;
Monitoring random transactions to improve quality, minimise errors and track operative performance;
Coordinating staff recruitment, including writing vacancy advertisements and liaising with HR staff;
Reviewing the performance of staff, identifying training needs and planning training sessions;
Recording statistics and the performance levels of the centre and preparing reports;
Handling the most complex customer complaints or enquiries;
Organising staffing, including shift patterns and the number of staff required to meet demand;
Coaching, motivating and retaining staff and coordinating bonus, reward and incentive schemes;
Improving performance by raising efficiency and sourcing new equipment or processes to enable this.


CERINTE

+2 years managing a team of people.
+2 years of working experience in an outsourcing environment is highly desirable.
Fluent in English to a native speaker level and experience working with an UK client.
Excellent people management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including rapport building.
Demonstrable experience of working in a client facing role.
Good organisational and analytical skills.
Problem solving and decision making skills.
Highly motivated, proactive and flexible.
Can work to deadlines with efficiency and accuracy.
Has strong commercial awareness.
