The role




PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) operates a Shared Service model to deliver high quality, professional and customer driven Human Capital (HC) to the UK firm (c15000 employees).

Within this model HC Customer Service undertakes a variety of HC transactional processes to agreed Service Level Agreements to support the strategic needs of the business. This role offers the opportunity to work within a team, on a variety of administrative areas and would be an excellent opportunity for personal development.



About the role




The role of Administrator within Human Capital Customer Service is central to delivery of HC transactional services; Administrators should expect to become involved in a variety of transactional processes and cross centre activities




Customer Service Delivery & Standards:

•Provide a high level of customer service to employees, business contacts and external providers in line with agreed processes in HC Administration (Leavers, Maternity, Flexible Working, etc.) and Pay and Benefits
•Fully understand the processes and SLAs associated to the team’s core activities
•Deliver required services to the business in a timely manner and in accordance with the defined process framework
•Highlight any issues, errors or complaints to the Expert Administrator and/or Team Leader

Requirements




The following skills are required for this role:

•An advanced level of English
•Excellent Data Entry skills
•Strong attention to detail
•Effective customer service skills i.e. follow up on requests with internal and external clients
•Strong verbal and written communication
•Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office Suite especially EXCEL
•Experience with Lotus Notes. (desirable)
•Strong technical skills such as downloading data, ability to cross check data and manipulate data reports (desirable)
