- Build and maintain long term partnership and get internal clients commitment to achieve expected results.
- Respond to business needs by developing and recommending HR solutions and initiating / implementing qualitative and timely solutions.
- Improve HR consultancy results and their impact by following-up, monitoring, evaluating, recommending necessary changes and integrating them in future HR initiatives.
- Enrich the consultancy frame by developing, maintaining and continuously improving any necessary/relevant processes and tools.
- Ensure appropriate communications among internal clients within consultancy framework.
- University degree;
- Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills, Integrity, Customer-oriented
- Relevant experience in a similar position (previous HR consultant experience in call center or customer services areas would be an asset)
- Highly organized and proactively creative, a self-trusted independent and also a team member
- Good English and PC skills.
