RESPONSABILITATI

Responsibilities

Arranging phone and in-house interviews;
Communication with candidates (responding to applicant queries, updating them on their application status, sending invitations to interviews, rejecting unsuitable candidates by email and phone);
Handling of the recruitment process including resume screening, pre-selection, conducting interviews & decision making together with the business group;
Putting job adverts onto the online job boards (internal and external);
Maintaining accuracy in all recruitment databases and preparing all recruitment reports on a weekly basis;
Ad hoc recruitment projects (maintaining statistics on interviews, open positions, time-to-fill and the like via the internal applicant tracking systems);
Support managers to address and resolve all kind of employee relations challenges;
Ensure alignment of HR related programs, processes and projects with global HR and strategic business objectives;
Manage the employee database as well as all related administrative tasks, e.g. personnel files;
Maintain and update Organizational Charts;
Act as a point of reference for payroll, stock and other employee queries;
Handling of all matters regarding compensation & benefits;
Support the HR team in annual processes e.g. performance review process and mid year review process;
Create appropriate concepts and deliver training & develop­ment programs as well as succession plans for the client groups.


CERINTE

University degree, preferably with emphasis in the field of Human Resources or vocational training in the field of Human Resources;
Fluency in Romanian and English;
Several years related corporate recruiting and HR experience, with demonstrated success in meeting exceptionally high hiring standards in a high volume, fast-paced environment;
Extensive experience in Romanian legislation regarding employment required;
Highly pro-active attitude;
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written);
Very well structured & very well organized work approach;
Ability to prioritize & multitask;
Solid knowledge of all Microsoft Windows applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and employee data bases;
Experience on working in a fast paced environment would be a plus;
Excellent analytical skills, good attention to detail.
