Services are delivered in both English and French Languages
The Incident Handler will provide technical remote support to the end user community, utilising state of the art technology which have been specifically designed to improve the number of incidents fixed on initial contact. Full training will be given on the tools and technology deployed.
- Strong French language skills
- Good English skills
- Good telephone manner
- Flexible and well motivated team player
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure
- Experience of working in a Customer service environment
- A basic understanding and a strong interest in IT is required
