The role

We are looking for an English and French speaking Help desk analyst who is to join our efforts in providing client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, phone and other electronic medium

Your main responsibilities will be



•Researching and resolving caller inquiries by utilizing established procedures, user manuals, accessing on-line applications, or interacting with internal and external support groups
•Monitoring priority of calls and escalates to specialized technology groups as needed. Tracks incidents in order to ensure timely resolution to problems.
•Preparing standard reports to track workload, response time and quality of input.
•Assisting in planning and implementing department goals and makes recommendations to management to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
•Acting as a liaison between customers and technical escalation teams.
•Monitoring production systems and workflows as required
•Installing, configuring and deploying application code.
•Other operational tasks as assigned.

•Must be fluent in English and French
•Should have pertinent working experience as Help desk analyst in an IT support function or a customer service oriented, call center environment.
•Should have proven history of troubleshooting browser based applications on Windows XP / Windows 7 Operating Systems.
•Should demonstrate sufficiency in Microsoft Access, Excel, and Outlook.
•Should have experience with operational incident/service management, ITIL Service Management knowledge preferred
•Experience with Microsoft SQL and IIS strongly preferred
